Privacy Notice

WHPL collects information that visitors choose to provide through website enquiries, resource requests and newsletter subscriptions. This can include name, organization, designation, work email, country/region, area of interest, message content and campaign-attribution information.

How the information is used

We use the information to respond to enquiries, verify requested resource access, deliver requested content, maintain lead and engagement records, protect forms from automated abuse and—where consent has been provided—send relevant WHPL Life Sciences communications.

Resource verification and downloads

For gated content, WHPL verifies ownership of the submitted work email before sending a time-limited resource link. Resource-request, verification and download activity can be recorded so our commercial team understands the context of the request.

Service providers

The website architecture can use Cloudflare for hosting, security and data/storage services, Sanity for managed website content, and Resend for transactional email delivery. Production configuration should be reviewed against WHPL's approved data-protection and vendor-governance requirements.

Your choices

Marketing consent is recorded separately from a one-time resource request. You can ask WHPL to update or remove marketing preferences using the website contact route or the instructions contained in WHPL communications.

Production note: WHPL should have this notice reviewed by qualified legal/privacy counsel for the jurisdictions in which the website is marketed before public launch.
